Taurus G4 is a aeroplane that runs completely on electricity, this plane runs on the equivalent of  half a gallon of fuel per passenger so it is extremely efficient this plane can go at 107 miles per hour and has an efficiency of 403 miles per gallon, although Boeing 747s can go faster than 500 mph and carry a lot more passengers in a ten hour flight the Boeing uses 36,000 gallons of fuel which is very bad.
The Taurus G4 designed by Pipistrel has a retractable undercarriage which enables good gliding ratio and low drag, Despite not being intended as a glider, the superb aerodynamic profile gives this plane very high spot in NASA's ideas for the future.
